Whipped Feta Dip with Balsamic Roasted Strawberries

   Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

   Halve strawberries, toss with balsamic vinegar and 0.5 tbsp olive oil. Roast for 10-12 minutes until softened.

   Combine feta, cream cheese, remaining 0.5 tbsp olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor.

   Process until smooth and creamy.

   Transfer whipped feta to a serving dish. Top with roasted strawberries.

   Serve immediately with pita or crackers.
